Call staff overProfessioneel, Compleet en Vakantieparken

From table to your printer, no middleman

A guest taps 'I want to order' in the game. A receipt with the table number prints out on the printer behind the bar, and staff walks over. That's all it is, and that's the point: the conversation at the table stays with your people.

Not a digital ordering system and no POS integration. The button brings someone to the table.

Windows software

TablePlay Bridge runs on a PC or POS system you already have. Install it, connect with a code, done.

Local and network printers

A printer via USB or over the network on a fixed IP address. Both work, and you can connect multiple.

Configurable per receipt

You choose which printer receives which notification. The kitchen doesn't need to see a bar order.

A sample receipt

Before a guest sits down at a table, you print a test receipt. That way you know it works, instead of just hoping so.

What's on the receipt

The receipt shows the table and the time. Staff doesn't need anything more to know where to go, and you don't want more on it either.

  • Table number, large and legible
  • Time of the call
  • The name of your business
  • No personal guest data

Why it's deliberately not an ordering system

TablePlay doesn't send products through to a POS and doesn't track inventory. That's a choice, not a missing feature. A guest who submits a full order from their phone no longer talks to your staff - and that conversation is exactly what a business relies on.

That's why the button says 'I want to order' and not 'place order.' It brings someone to the table; what gets ordered then happens the way it always has.

If the printer doesn't respond

If the connection drops, the button disappears for the guest. Better no button than a button that does nothing while a guest sits waiting for someone who never comes.

Veelgestelde vragen

Do I need a POS system?

No. Bridge runs on a regular Windows PC and doesn't need to connect to your POS.

Does it work with my existing receipt printer?

Probably, yes. Bridge works with USB printers and network printers on a fixed IP address.

Can I connect multiple printers?

Yes, and you set per printer which notifications go there.

Can guests submit drinks and food orders?

No. The button calls staff over; what gets ordered, you hear at the table.

What if the PC is turned off?

Then the guest won't see the order button. No call is created that goes nowhere.
