Hear first what went wrong
A guest who leaves dissatisfied and can only voice that on Google is a problem you hear about too late. TablePlay asks guests about their experience afterward, and that comes to you first. What you do with it is up to you; that you know about it is the point.
Feedback comes to you
The invitation leads to your own form, not to a public platform.
A chance to make things right
With a low score, you get the chance to reach out before someone writes it down elsewhere.
A thank-you regardless of the score
You can send a thank-you without it depending on a good rating. Buying feedback produces useless feedback.
Google remains voluntary
A satisfied guest is asked whether they'd also like to share it publicly. Never automatically, never mandatory.
How the invitation reaches the guest
After playing, a guest can leave their email address. TablePlay uses that address for one thing only: the review invitation. No newsletter, no offers, no resale.
- One invitation per guest, not every time again
- Address used only for this invitation
- The guest can unsubscribe in one click
- Not leaving an address is also fine
The review widget on your own site
What guests write can be shown on your own website. You decide what becomes visible; a received review doesn't appear there automatically.
Why not straight to Google
Sending guests directly to a public platform gives you an average you learn nothing from and can no longer do anything about. First internally, then externally - that gives you the chance to have the conversation before it becomes a number.
Veelgestelde vragen
Does every guest get an invitation?
Only those who leave an email address themselves. Nothing is sent unless someone chooses to.
Can I hide bad reviews?
On your own site, you decide what you show. What a guest posts on Google happens outside of TablePlay.
How often does someone get an invitation?
Once per guest, with a waiting period in between. No one gets pestered.
Can I promise a discount for a good review?
Technically that's possible, but the thank-you is intentionally separate from the score - purchased feedback says nothing.
What happens to the email address?
It's used only for this invitation and nothing else.
