Every venue its own dashboard, you keep the overview
With more than one venue, you don't want to log into five separate accounts. You invite locations, each manager gets their own dashboard, and you keep an overview of everything together.
Invite
You send an invitation; the location accepts and is part of it from that moment on.
Own dashboard per venue
Each manager manages their own tables, opening hours, and games.
Central overview
One screen with all locations side by side: where people are playing and where things are lagging behind.
One brand identity
You set logo and colors centrally and they apply everywhere, without anyone on-site having to do anything.
Central what can be central, local what must be local
Guests should see the same venue everywhere, but the manager knows best how many tables there are and when it's busy. That's why the brand identity is central and the daily operations stay local.
- Brand identity and game offering central
- Tables, QR codes, and opening hours local
- Own login per location
- Compare locations with each other
Adding or removing a location
You invite a new venue and it automatically takes over the brand identity. If a location leaves, you disconnect it; its tables and data stay with that venue, not with the group.
