Cancellation and refunds
Clear agreements about cancellation, trial period and payments.
This text is a translation of the Dutch version. In case of any difference between the translation and the Dutch original, the Dutch version prevails. Dutch law applies to this agreement.
Monthly cancellation
A subscription can be cancelled monthly via the customer portal or support. Cancellation is processed at the end of the current period, unless agreed otherwise.
Refunds
Paid periods are in principle not automatically refunded, unless there is a clear error or a legal obligation. We assess this case by case.
