Cancellation and refunds
Clear agreements about cancellation, trial period, and payments.
This text is a translation of the Dutch version. If there be any difference between the translation and the original Dutch text, the Dutch version takes precedence. This agreement is governed by Dutch law.
Cancel anytime monthly
A subscription could be cancelled monthly via the customer portal or support. Cancellation is processed at the end of the current period, unless agreed otherwise.
Refunds
Paid periods are in principle not automatically refunded, unless there is a clear error or legal obligation. We assess this on a case by case basis.
