About TablePlay

Waiting at the table doesn't have to be boring

There's time between ordering and serving. At one table that's pleasant; at another, three people are on their phones and a child is fidgeting. TablePlay fills that time with something people do together instead of apart.

The problem it started with

Hospitality loses revenue to boredom. A family that leaves as soon as their plates are empty, a group that doesn't order a second round, a quiet Tuesday with nothing to do. These aren't problems you solve with a better menu.

What does work is something that makes people want to stay. Not because they have to, but because it's fun.

What TablePlay is and isn't

It's a game library at the table, with a button to call staff over and a way to ask guests for their opinion. It's not an ordering system, a till or a booking platform. Those things already exist and are done better by others.

  • No app and no account for the guest
  • No adverts, from anyone
  • No till integration or stock management
  • No involvement in what's ordered at the table

Sort it out yourself, no waiting for a salesperson

Sign up via the site, set up via the portal, and print the QR signs yourself. No account manager comes by with a presentation. That keeps it affordable and saves you an afternoon.

Multilingual because guests are

A guest chooses their own language. That's not an extra for touristy places: almost every business occasionally has someone who doesn't read the menu the way everyone else does.

Quality, privacy and safety

Children never appear on a public scoreboard. Anyone who leaves their email address for a review invitation gets exactly that and nothing more. Data is stored within the European Union and is not resold.

What there is to say about security is on the security page - including what's not yet finished.
