New customers get 30 days to test TablePlay, unless another promotion such as founder free year applies. The first invoice states what happens if payment is not made.

Cancellation and refunds
Clear agreements about cancellation, trial period, and payments.
This text is a translation of the Dutch version. In case of any difference between the translation and the original Dutch text, the Dutch version shall prevail. This agreement is governed by Dutch law.
Cancel monthly
A subscription can be cancelled monthly via the customer portal or support. Cancellation is processed at the end of the current period, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
Paid periods are, in principle, not automatically refunded, unless there is a clear error or legal obligation. We assess this on a case-by-case basis.
